the motel is conveniently just a few minutes by car from the main street downtown and only a short walk from great places to eat like applebee's and habi sushi, making it an easy starting point for city strolls and park viewing.

I spent 1 night here and loved that. I was happy with hotel's quiet and particularly good location in downtown. The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly with local information.

Peaceful location to First Baptist Church. The rooms with acceptable beds as well as good TV;)))

Peaceful and particularly good setting in the very quiet area, close enough to Sequoia Park, three rivers and southern Porterville.

Beds were a little lumpy.

The hotel has quiet location just off Porterville, Sequola National park, and a good area. Also, Glad Tidings was 2 miles away. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, climate control and multi-channel TV. The bathroom had a bathtub, which was great.

Clean and comfortable Queen Room with easy access from the highway. Enjoyed the coffee and hot water in the morning. The pool was inviting, and I appreciated the straightforward pricing. Highly recommend for a cozy stopover!

A Mixed Night Stay

Our night at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was spacious, but we faced some noise issues overnight. Thankfully, the staff were very friendly, which boosted our experience. For future visitors, try to ask for a quieter room away from the truck stop.

I stayed for 1 night in the queen room, non-smoking. Clean sheets and towels every day. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The room had air conditioning, a private bathroom, a TV, and a refrigerator. The outdoor swimming pool was nice, but overall it felt pretty basic without chairs or tables.

Family with children looking for a place to avoid

I gotta say, the staff was really friendly. And they even comped me a $30 credit after all the issues I dealt with. Plus, the house keeping did their best with what they had, but the state of that room was just ridiculous.

It wasn't inexpensive, but still, I barely seemed like I was getting my money's worth.
